Vorwort
Im Blasorchester sitzen drei Posaunisten. Sie werden vom Komponisten und
vom Bearbeiter vor allem dann eingesetzt, wenn das Orchester lautstark klare
und wesentliche Motive dem Hörer mitteilen will. Warum sollen die drei Posaunisten
oder Posaunistinnen nicht auch einmal ZU DRITT spielen, ohne die anderen
Instrumente des Orchesters? Das Heft ZU DRITT bringt leichte kleine Stücke, die
das Zusammenspiel des Registers fördern. Man wird das im Orchester hören!
Die Stücke eignen sich für das Studium, zum Vorspielen und für Wettbewerbe.

There are three trombonists in a wind band. The composer or arranger includes
them particularly when there is an important motif to be communicated loudly and
clearly to the listener. Why shouldn’t the three trombonists also play as a trio
without the other band instruments? The volume TRIOS offers easy, short pieces
that foster ensemble playing in this register. The band will notice it! The pieces are
suitable for study, to play to others and for competitions.
